Send an email to support@npfeschools.zendesk.com. Be sure to include your student’s name, contact email address, phone number, and a clear description of the issue.
Call the Tech Support Number at 888-675-8615. During business hours, you will be connected to your school’s Tech Team. If you leave a voicemail, the Tech Team will contact you within 48 hours.
